Truett and the Traitors are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You must take matters to the service used to ship the items you ordered. We will send you a confirmation email upon fulfillment of your order and method used to ship with tracking numbers if the package(s) are applicable. Please allow 1-2 business days for confirmation email and another 1-4 weeks for delivery. You will also be notified if the item you purchased is back ordered or discontinued.
